Did you know our bodies are 50-75% water? Feeling sluggish in the afternoon? You might be dehydrated! Dehydration can lead to overeating and poor food choices. Start your day off right with a tall glass of lemon water to detoxify your liver and help metabolize the food you consume🍋! A.M. water will empower you to make healthy choices throughout the day.
Let’s aim for 8 glasses (of room temperature water) daily. Using a bottle with markers on it (like the one picture above) can help you to hit your daily goal.
